System Downtime Policy

Ryde Central Downtime Access

During the Portfolio downtime, staff members can access a read-only copy of Epic by clicking on the downtime icon below.

This is a copy of Portfolio production environment as of the start of downtime.

Staff members will log into the downtime environment using the same ID/password used on the Portfolio production system. All staff members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the downtime environment.



If the read-only environment is NOT available, please utilize your facility specific BCA Web URL (below).

This URL allows for the use of the same reports on your BCA PCs from any machine on your facility’s network.

If the BCA Web URL is not working please refer to your locally installed BCA PC on your unit or nearby units.
