Ryde Central Downtime Access

Portfolio Downtime Procedure:

During Portfolio downtime, staff members can access a shadow read-only (SRO) copy of Epic by clicking on the downtime icon below (log in with your Portfolio user name and password):

If the read-only environment is NOT available, please utilize the BCA Web URL (below):

• Baltimore Washington Medical Center BCA web 

If the BCA Web URL is not working, please refer to your locally installed BCA PC on your unit. The BCA icon appears as a shortcut on your downtime computers.
