The Organization Development and Inclusion (OD&I) team is a part of HR Shared Services. As a department, we focus on leadership, team, and organization effectiveness in support of the mission and vision of UMMS. Our goal is to help people grow, and make work better.
The Organization Development and Inclusion department manages:

- Healthcare Leadership Institute and other professional development training
- Skillsoft
