System Downtime Policy

Portfolio Downtime Procedures:

During the Portfolio downtime, staff members can access a read-only copy of Portfolio by clicking on the downtime icon below. 

This is a copy of Portfolio production environment as of the start of downtime. 

Staff members will log into the downtime environment using the same ID/password used on the Portfolio production system. All staff members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the downtime environment.
