Meet the COMPASS Team
The COMPASS Team is comprised of individuals from several service areas within UMMS and UM FPI. We have over 200 years of collective health care experience, and our Training and Support staff members hold certifications in Epic Prelude, Cadence, and Grand Central, as well as Referrals and TED.

Epic-certified COMPASS Trainers work on a variety of optimization and quality assurance projects in addition to training new and existing employees on registration, scheduling, and ADT functionalities within Epic Portfolio.

COMPASS Support Team
Epic-certified COMPASS Support Analysts work on optimization and quality assurance projects, and conduct site visits, in addition to providing support for patient access staff, super users, and managers on a daily basis.
