UMMS Contracting Policy

What Does Supply Chain Do?

Supply Chain Management oversee the activities that move products (office supplies, medications, medical devices) and services (laundry, construction) from suppliers to the UMMS hospitals. Supply Chain Management maximizes contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure products and services are being used efficiently to manage costs and add value for UMMS staff.
