Our initial focus is on nursing work has already begun to collect to feedback. Starting with our nursing colleagues, we have asked what documentation could be streamlined.

The path toward a renewed connection with the work we love starts with the feedback from the front line. It starts with a deep understanding of all the barriers to optimizing the care you are able to provide. The initial focus is removing waste, distractions, redundancies and barriers to your ability to provide efficient and effective care to our patients.

We hear you, we see you. Your voice is our path forward.

• Over 175 nurses from across the system have already provided more than 300 ideas for opportunities for improvement.
• We have heard and are responding to a need to remove redundancies and improve communication in the medical record.
• The output from efficient documentation should feel like it is serving and improving the end users experience.
• Contributions will be assess for adherence to nursing quality standards as well as technical feasibility and compliance requirements.
