Information Services and Technology Support
For any issue involving your UMMS Credentials (Mail and Windows Login), always contact the UMMS Helpdesk at 410-328-HELP (4357).
During UAC Business Hours (8 am - 4 pm)
- For urgent IT issues, contact our own UMMS Ambulatory Care Internal Service Line at 385-285-7751. Select option 2 for Central Services, then option 4 for IT Services
- For non-urgent issues, use the Team Services Portal to create an IT Ticket.

Facility Services and Support

- For urgent Facility Services and Support issues impacting patient care or business operations, contact our own UMMS Ambulatory Care Internal Support Service Line at 385-285-7751. Select option 2 for Central Services, then option 5 for Facility Service.
- For non-urgent issues, use the Team Services Portal to create a Facilities Ticket.
