CDC recommends an updated COVID-19 booster for people ages 12 and older. You are eligible to receive the updated booster at least two months after your last vaccine dose or booster. Visit the CDC's website to learn more.

Make an Appointment

If you are eligible to receive a booster shot, you can schedule an appointment at your local UMMS hospital using the links below. UMMS corporate team members should select the hospital closest to where they live.

• Please click on the link that corresponds to the vaccine you are interested in receiving for your booster shot. Booster shots are available for individuals who received their last vaccine dose or booster shot at least two months ago.
• These appointments are for UMMS team members only. Please do not share these links with individuals outside of UMMS.
