Results Management Office (RMO)
Overview
In support of the Ten Key Priorities for Performance Improvement, the UMMS Results Management Office (RMO) has been established to analyze, track, manage and report outcomes across a range of hundreds of projects. The RMO will work closely in coordinating related critical functions such as decision support, performance improvement, project management, change management and communications. Because the RMO will be responsible for tracking all key priorities projects, a number of links to critical documents are available below.
Performance Improvement Project Initiation Form – Please utilize this form to initiate a new workstream/project with the RMO. This document will allow the RMO to become aware of the new initiative and resource it appropriately. You will be contacted by an RMO representative to discuss next steps within 2 business days.
