Marketing, Communications and Community Health works in several ways to promote, strengthen and protect the reputation of our 13-hospital Medical System. We are a “shared service” that provides marketing and communications support for all UMMS member hospitals, the UM Community Medical Group and UM Health Advantage Plan. We represent the “voice” of UMMS.

As an integrated communications service, we use a variety of tactics to communicate our brand voice. These include marketing to consumers and physicians, media relations, employee communications and engagement, web and social media management, and community health outreach.
