New and Modified Report Request

 

A formal request must be submitted for both modified and new report request via the Helpdesk, along with a completed Report Request Form. Report requests will be reviewed for completeness and feasibility.  To ensure there is transparency of data across the enterprise, requests will be reviewed by all facilities and prioritized.

NOTE: Final delivery timeline of requests will vary depending on the user responsiveness, availability of analysts, report complexity, workload, build completeness, and priority.

Reports will migrate to Production only after the necessary validation approvals have been submitted.
