Infor CloudSuite: February Leadership Update

The Infor CloudSuite v11 Transformation is bringing optimized processes to UMMS!
UMMS is implementing Infor CloudSuite v11 as an updated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform across the entire organization that will go live at the end of this calendar year.
Infor CloudSuite v 11 will address many of the challenges we face with our current Infor system, and will simplify interactions between teams, update our requisitioning process and align UMMS with industrywide leading practices.
Project Updates
The Infor CloudSuite v11 build is still a work in progress, and process redesign conversations are ongoing. Development will continue through Q1 of 2023, working towards go-live in late 2023. Later this month the Infor CloudSuite team will meet with stakeholders from our Human Resources, Supply Chain and Finance teams to review the current status of our build.
High-Level Changes
The Infor CloudSuite platform will provide a more intuitive interface, a reduction in manual processes and better visibility into many of the end-to-end processes that you complete every day.
Leaders can expect to see streamlined financial reporting through embedded analytics and standard business practices across all member organizations, giving you easier access to more of your critical data.
Below are a few of the updates that you can expect with Infor CloudSuite:
- Several key Human Resources processes will be standardized across all member organizations, and will be enabled by more accurate team member data within Infor.
- Finance teams will be able to take advantage of greater automation and data controls directly in Infor, which will greatly reduce much of the manual work completed each month.
- Multiple Supply Chain processes will be updated to better align to best practice, capitalizing on CloudSuite’s user-friendly interface to decrease redundant activities and better support requesters across the organization.
- An updated requisitioning process will provide more accurate and complete data in the Infor platform by guiding requesters to select approved items and pre-populating many of the pertinent cost center details.
- All Infor CloudSuite users will have more access to relevant reports and dashboards, making it easier to control and act on your information.
What’s Next?
Additional Infor CloudSuite changes and benefits will be introduced and communicated during executive councils, leadership meetings and steering committee meetings in the run-up to Go-Live.
Over the next few months, Leaders can expect to see specific functional changes introduced for the Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain departments. Supporting resources will also be posted to the Infor intranet site, linked at the bottom of this note.
