Transition to Infor: Announcing Infor Supply Chain Management Training

Infor Supply Chain Management is replacing the Aperek at UM Capital Region Health.  Team members will be learning over the next few weeks. All eLearning training in UMMS U is custom developed to meet the needs of your specific role. Here are some additional details about training.

 

 

Who Receives Training?

 

You! You have been identified as a Requester and/or an Approver, then you have be automatically enrolled in relevant eLearning courses.

 

 

How Do I Know What Training I Need to Take?

 

You will receive an email notification from UMMS U. These courses will be reflected on your UMMS U current enrollment list. You will be enrolled in the training essential to your role and only  need to take the training you’ve been assigned. All assigned training is mandatory.

 

 

When is Training?

 

The eLearning courses are self-paced to allow for maximum flexibility with your schedule.  All eLearning sessions have knowledge checkpoints embedded and a final assessment to ensure you are ready to begin using Infor.

 

 

TRAINING AVAILABLE: eLearning courses are available as of November 4, 2021

TRAINING DEADLINE: eLearning courses must be completed by December 10, 2021

 

 

Keys to Success 

• You only need to take the training you have been assigned.

   

• Set aside time to complete your training – plan for it to get the most from it.

   

• Use Internet Explorer, the UMMS U preferred browser.

   

• Take your eLearning courses in numeric order.

   

• You MUST past the final assessment with an 80% passing rate or higher. You may retake the assessment until you achieve the required pass rate.

   

• Do not attempt to skip sections, skip to the final assessment, or fast forward the training.  This causes issues and will delay your ability to complete the training and get your system access.
  
  

• You will not receive your Infor Supply Chain Management system access until you complete your training with a passing rate of 80% or higher.

There are six eLearning courses; you only need to take the training you have been assigned.

• ERP 101 – Infor Basic Navigation

   

• ERP 102 – Procure-to-Pay Overview

   

• SCM 201 – SCM Requester (Part 1)

   

• SCM 202 – SCM Requester (Part 2)

   

• SCM 206 – Advance Requester Receiving Self Service

   

• SCM 300 – Requisition Approvers
