Transition to Infor: Infor Supply Chain Management - Where to go for Help

 

 

We are here to support you now that we are live on Infor Supply Chain Management.  Here is how to get the help you need September 20 – October 1:

 

Level 1 Support: Super Users

Your department may have one or more Super Users, who have received extra training on the system.  They are available to help you! 

 

 

Level 2 Support: Infor Call Center

The Infor Call Center is available from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday – Friday at (443) 462-5611

Use this number from September 20 – October 1 if you…

• Are having trouble submitting a requisition

• Can’t access the forms you need

• Have questions regarding requisitions and approvals

 

For Urgent Needs:

You will be offered the opportunity to wait in a queue for an on-the-spot Zoom session to receive one-on-one support.

 

 

For Non-Urgent Needs:

You will be offered virtual Zoom or Webex sessions by appointment

 

 

At the Elbow support with Subject Matter Experts onsite at UM Charles Regional Medical Center

 

 

For After Hour Needs:

Contact the IT Help Desk at (410) 328 -4357, option 2, for any Human Resources, Payroll, Finance related Infor questions.
