Transition to Infor: Meditech System Freeze Starting 8/23
We are instituting a temporary restriction on select actions in the Meditech system to ensure integrity in our data as we convert UM Charles Regional Medical Center to Infor Supply Chain Management.
This restriction will be in place August 23-September 20, 2021
Actions Being Frozen
Clinically Emergent Requests (Patient-Specific Priority 1 Items)
Patients requiring emergent care come in during all hours of operation, and this freeze will not affect your ability to care for these patients. To submit a Clinically Emergent request, please follow the established CQVA Rapid Approval process, which begins at the local hospital:

Contact your local supply chain leader with specifics of your request.

Submit items to the Clinical Quality Value Analysis (CQVA) email ummscqva@umm.edu.

Include “Priority 1 Indication” and the product information in the email subject.
If this need occurs during “off hours,” please submit the information after care delivery so the review can be completed and the Meditech system can be updated.

If you need to add a vendor or item, submit it to UMMSSupplyChainVendor@umm.edu, where it will be reviewed and processed.
