Transition Guidance: Special Order/Non-Stock Requisitioning Cutoffs for UM Charles Regional Medical Center

Our Infor go-live date is just over two weeks away. Here’s what to know about the Special Order/Non-stock requisition cutoffs for goods and services ordered direct from suppliers during the transition:

Friday, September 10: Special Order/Non-Stock Requisitioning Cutoff for Goods and Services Ordered Direct From Suppliers

• Deadline to submit your planned orders is 2 PM 

• Requisitions need to be approved by 2 PM

Friday, September 10 (2PM) – Monday, September 20 (8AM): Emergent Orders Only

• Regular PAR replenishment will continue as normal during this time

• You may ONLY submit emergency orders during this time

• No routine orders may be submitted

• You may continue to order from local hospital Med/Surg and Peri-Op Storerooms until Thursday, September 16 at 4 PM

Thursday, September 16 at 4 PM

• The hospital Med/Surg and Peri-Op Storerooms are closed

The Supply Chain and Materials Management team will work with your departments to make sure that the Supply Chain Management transition is as smooth and problem free as possible without impacting vital patient care.
