Infor SCM: Temporary Restriction on New Contracts and Accounting Units

 

We are instituting a temporary restriction on select Supply Chain Management actions in the Infor system to ensure integrity in our data as we convert to Infor Supply Chain Management.

This restriction will be in place August 23-September 20, 2021.

The restriction applies to the following locations:

  1. UM BWMC

  2. UM SJMC

  3. UMMC DTC

  4. UMMC MTC

  5. UM Rehab & Ortho Institute

  6. UM SRH

  7. UM Urgent Care

  8. UMMS

Actions Being Frozen:

  • New accounting units

  • New contracts

All other Infor Supply Chain Management processes and policies at UM BWMC, UM SJMC, UMMC DTC, UMMC MTC, UM Rehab & Ortho Institute, UM SRH, UM Urgent Care, and UMMS will continue as normal, including but not limited to:

  • Price changes

  • Product conversions (allowed to continue for contracts already executed and active with UMMS)

  • Item location and packing string changes
