Infor Financial Reporting: Departmental Financial Reporting Dashboard & Desktop Guide Are Now Available

 

We are excited to announce the release of a new Departmental Financial Reporting Dashboard & Desktop User Reference Guide for UMMS Department Heads on Tuesday, June 29, 2021.

 

What is the Financial Dashboard?

The Dashboard is a centralized place to find reports and other useful tools needed to do monthly analysis. Only Department Head managers are able to access the dashboard.  UMMS defines a Department Head as managers with direct reports. Financial Managers who do not have direct reports are not included in the HR manager list.

 

How do I access the Financial Dashboard? The Dashboard is available for qualifying Department Heads under your Infor Self Service account. 

 

Where can I find the Desktop Guide?  The Departmental Financial Reporting Dashboard & Desktop User Reference Guide is available on UMMSConnect. The Guide provides detailed instructions that will enable you to efficiently and effectively:

  • Access the Departmental Financial Dashboard

  • Navigate the Dashboard

  • Run Monthly Financial Close & Activity Reports

  • Use Disbursements & Invoice Inquiry Tools (i.e. MHC & Symbeo)
