Transition to Infor: Here's How to Launch your New Supply Chain Capabilities on Infor
Our migration to Infor Supply Chain Management is complete, and you can now log in to the new system and perform your Requisitioning and/or Approval activities.
To log in to Infor:

Go to the UM Shore Regional Health Wavelength or UMMS Insider and click on UMMSConnect link under Staff Quick Links


2. From the UMMSConnect homepage, click on the link for UMMS Connections in the upper left-hand corner of the page.

3. Select the device on which you are working.

4. You are now at the Infor home screen. Enter your employee ID in the top box. Your employee ID is a six-digit number like 123456.
NOTE: Some employees may see the letters C13M\ added before your employee ID. This is completely normal. You can leave it there or remove it; your employee ID will work either way.

5. Enter your password.
If this is the first time you are logging in since February 2, 2020:
Your password will be Umms plus the last four digits of your social security number.
It might look like this: Umms1234.

If you have logged into Infor since February 2, 2020:
Your password is the password you created the last time you logged into the system.
Forgot your password? If you have previously set up your “forgot password” security questions, you can use the forgot password tool.

6. Once you have entered your employee ID and password, click the blue ‘Sign in’ button.

7. If this is your first time signing into Infor, you will be asked to reset your password. Your new password needs to follow the requirements that are listed at the red arrow. Once you have created your new password, you will be asked to sign in again with the newly created password. Enter your employee ID and new password.
NOTE: You will be prompted to update your password every 90 days.

8. Employees with newly assigned access to Infor for Supply Chain Management will see the prompt below. Click the Okay button.

9. Your tools for Supply Chain Management are located under the Bookmarks drop down menu.
NOTE: Bookmarks are based on your role in Infor. Your bookmarks drop-down menu may differ.

We are here to support you now that we are live on Infor Supply Chain Management. Here’s how to get the help you need April 19 – May 7:
1. Super Users
Your department may have one or more Super Users, who have received extra training on the system. They are available to help you! Refer to the table of Super Users at the end of this email.
2. By Phone
Call the Infor Help Desk at (410) 822-1000 x5474 – 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday – Friday

For urgent requisition needs, you will be offered an opportunity to wait in queue for an on-the-spot Zoom session or to receive one-on-one support.

3. In Person - Non-Urgent Needs
For help with non-urgent requisitioning questions, you can make an appointment for one-on-one support. Call the Infor Help Desk at (410) 822-1000 x5474 to schedule an appointment.
