Infor SCM: Infor System Freeze for New Contracts

We are instituting a temporary restriction on select Supply Chain Management actions in the Infor system to ensure integrity in our data as we convert UM Shore Regional Health to Infor Supply Chain Management.

This restriction will be in place March 22 through April 19, 2021.

The restriction applies to the following locations:

• UM BWMC

• UM SJMC

• UMMC DTC

• UMMC MTC

• UM Rehab & Ortho Institute

Actions Being Frozen:

• New contracts

All other Infor Supply Chain Management processes and policies at UM BWMC, UM SJMC, UMMC DTC, UMMC MTC, and UM Rehab & Ortho Institute will continue as normal, including but not limited to:

• Price changes

• Product conversions (allowed to continue for contracts already executed and active with UMMS)

• Item location and packing string changes
