Transition to Infor: HEMM System Freeze Starting March 22
We are instituting a temporary restriction on select actions in the HEMM system to ensure integrity in our data as we convert UM Shore Regional Health to Infor Supply Chain Management.
This restriction will be in place March 22, 2021 through April 19, 2021
The restriction applies to the following location:
Actions Being Frozen
Clinically Emergent Requests (Patient-Specific Priority 1 Items)
Patients requiring emergent care come in during all hours of operation, and this freeze will not affect your ability to care for these patients. To submit a Clinically Emergent request, please follow the established CQVA Rapid Approval process, which begins at the local hospital:
-
Contact your local supply chain leader with specifics of your request.
-
Submit items to the Clinical Quality Value Analysis (CQVA) email ummscqva@umm.edu.
-
Include “Priority 1 Indication” and the product information in the email subject.
If this need occurs during “off hours,” please submit the information after care delivery so the review can be completed and the HEMM system can be updated.
New Vendors and New Items
During the freeze, you will be able to:
-
Look at vendor information and Item information
-
Run reports
