Transition to Infor: Supply Chain Management Resources - What You Need to Know and Where to Find It
Infor Supply Chain Management (SCM) is coming, and we want you to have the tools and support you need for a successful transition to Infor.
1. UMMSConnect site on the UMMS Insider and your local Insider page. UMMSConnect is your primary resource for all things Infor. UMMSConnect includes:
- Several Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) documents
- Tip sheets
- Guide to navigating Infor Training
- Training resources
- A general ledger account cross reference
- Cost center lookup tool
These resources are updated regularly, so check back frequently!
2. Training. Infor training will use a combination of in-classroom training and e-Learning courses through UMMS U. If you have questions about training, or if you’re unsure if you need training, talk to your manager today.
3. Questions Before Go-Live. Have questions? Between now and go-live, contact one of your local Supply Chain Super Users in the table below.
4. Help After Go-Live. We’ll be right there with you every step of the way. In the coming weeks, we will share more information on how you can get the help you need via phone and personalized Webex and Zoom meetings at UM Shore Regional Health and UM Urgent Care.
