Transition to Infor: Updated Attachment Instructions for Infor Supply Chain Management
In our communication on Monday, November 2, we shared a Special Tip on attachments. In response to some questions about this information, we are updating these instructions.

If you routinely attach documents to your Requisitions, you will need to have a specific application installed on your computer called ixDrill. The ixDrill application allows you to view attachments and POs in Infor.
NOTE: ixDrill will only work using Internet Explorer.
How do I know if I have the ixDrill application?

Click on the
in the lower-right of your windows home screen

2. Look for this icon
in the lower-right menu bar.

3. If you see the MHC ixDrill icon in the hidden icon tray in the bottom-right corner of your screen, ixDrill is installed. No further action is necessary.

4. If you do NOT see the application in the hidden icon tray in the bottom-right corner of your screen, continue to the instructions below.
If ixDrill is Not Installed on Your Computer
To request ixDrill on your computer, please contact the UMMS Help Desk at (410) 328-4357.
How does ixDrill work?
After you create a new requisition and a requisition number has been assigned, you will be able to see the “Supporting Docs” hyperlink on the Basic tab.
