Transition to Infor: Updates on Getting Help with Infor Supply Chain Management

The transition to Infor Supply Chain Management has gone smoothly, and we are now moving to normal business processes. This means starting November 21, we will discontinue the following support resources launched specifically for the transition:

• Infor Help Desk phone number

• In-the-moment Zoom sessions and appointment requests

If you want to schedule an appointment for one-on-one support, please call the Infor Help Desk before November 20 at (667) 233-9100 to make your appointment.

After November 20, you can get help by phone and online:

• Contact the IT Help Desk at (410) 328-4357 for Human Resources, Payroll, Finance and Infor Supply Chain questions.

• Visit UMMSConnect for information and additional resources:
