Transition to Infor: Infor Supply Chain Management Support - Where to go for Help

We are here to support you now that we are live on Infor Supply Chain Management. Here’s how to get the help you need November 2 - 20:

1. Your Operational Champion

Your department may have one or more Operational Champions, who have received extra training on the system. They are available to help you! Refer to the table of Operational Champions at the end of this email.

 2. By Phone

• Call the Infor Help Desk at (667) 233-9100.

Use this number from November 2 - 20 if you...

• Are having trouble submitting a requisition

• Can’t access the forms you need

• Have questions regarding requisitions and approvals

• Have a log in issue

   

  For urgent requisition needs, you will be offered an opportunity to wait in queue for an on-the-spot Zoom session or to receive one-on-one support.

• Contact the IT Help Desk at (410) 328-4357 for for any Human Resources, Payroll, Finance related Infor question

 3. In Person - Non-Urgent Needs

• Call the Infor Help Desk at (667) 233-9100.
