Transition Guidance: Requisitioning Cutoffs for UMMC DTC, UMMC MTC, and UM Rehab & Ortho Institute

 

Our Infor go-live date is just over a week away. Here’s what to know about HEMM requisition cutoffs and emergent needs during the transition:

 

Thursday, October 29: HEMM Requisitioning Cutoff

• 2:00 p.m. – Requisitioners: Deadline to submit your planned orders in HEMM

• 3:00 p.m. – Approvers: Deadline to complete approvals for all planned orders

 

Friday, October 30: Emergent Orders Only

 

• You may ONLY submit emergency orders in HEMM

 

Between Friday, October 30 at 3:00 p.m. and Monday, November 2 at 8:00 a.m.

• You may still obtain supplies from the storeroom for emergencies only by contacting your local Materials Management department.

• Regular par replenishment will continue as normal during this time

 

Monday, November 2 – Re-Enter Unapproved Requisitions in Infor

 

Orders that are still required but were not approved in HEMM by the 3:00 p.m. Thursday, October 29 cutoff will need to be re-entered in Infor. The Infor system is expected to be available for requisitioning at 8:00 a.m. November 2.
