Transition to Infor: REMINDER - Infor Supply Chain Management Training Deadline 10/14

The deadline for Requesters and Approvers to complete Infor eLearning courses is Wednesday, October 14. You will receive access to the new system after your training is successfully completed.

KEYS TO SUCCESS:

  • You only need to take the training that you have been assigned.

  • Set aside time to complete your training. Plan for it to get the most from it.

  • Use Internet Explorer, the UMMS U preferred browser.

  • Take your eLearning courses in numeric order.

  • You MUST pass the final assessment with an 80% passing rate or higher. You may re-take the assessment until you achieve the required pass rate.

  • Do not attempt to skip sections, skip to the final assessment, or fast forward the training. This causes issues and will delay your ability to complete the training and get your system access.

  • Complete all assigned eLearnings before working in the sandbox environment.

  • You will not receive your Infor Supply Chain Management system access until you complete your training with a passing rate of 80% or higher.

If you are unsure if you need training, talk to your manager. For help navigating the training and avoiding common errors, review the Navigating Infor Training Tip Sheet on UMMSConnect.

    ABOUT THE MOVE TO INFOR

Infor, which is already used by some UMMS member organizations for Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain, and Financial Management, is a best-in-class system which will increase automation, streamline processing and standardize reporting. Now, we’re expanding it to deliver these benefits System-wide.

This change to Infor is another vital step toward our vision of One UMMS, streamlining our processes to produce greater collaboration, enhanced operations and, ultimately, higher quality care to the people of Maryland.
