Subject: Infor Requester and Approver Dashboard and Report Updates

This notification is intended for Infor Requisition Approvers of Supply Chain product and service requests at:

  • UM St. Joseph Medical Center
  • UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center
  • UMMS Corporate Shared Services

Wave 1 of the Infor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation went LIVE on February 10, 2020 and since that time, we have been evaluating functionality and looking for opportunities for improvement. Today we have important updates to share about your user experience.

Infor Dashboard Modifications

Shortly after Go LIVE in February, our implementation team discovered that Infor dashboard content was not adequately aligned to each user’s role. As a result, we adjusted the dashboard security model and moved some content between modules to ensure users see content that is meaningful to their role.

As a result, there are approximately 1,400 requesters and approvers of Infor requisitions — this includes the recipients of this message — that will lose access to the ‘Supply Chain Reports’ module of the dashboard. In its place, there will be a module called ‘Requisition Management.’ This new module will include additional reports to obtain information that could also be found through Requisition Center (RQC) or via approval email notifications.

Below is the new dashboard format that will go into effect on Monday, June 1, 2020.

Updates and Changes to the List POs by Surgeon and Vendor Report

To make this report more useful, additional search features have been added. These include:

  • ability to search by vendor number or vendor name
  • ability to sort and group by PO Date and PO Number; PO Number; Procedure Date and PO Number; or Physician, Case and PO Number.

When the report is run, it will only return results matching the criteria that was selected.

A 30-minute educational seminar has been scheduled for Monday, June 1 at 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday, June 2 at 12:00 p.m. Topics to be covered include:

  • Understanding how to track a requisition through the approval process
  • Navigating the Requisition Management dashboard
  • Understanding available reports and tools
