INFOR Updates: Upcoming Changes
This notification is intended for Infor Supply Chain Management Requisitioners and Approvers at

We want to share with you some information about upcoming changes to Infor that impact Requisitioners. Here is what you need to know.
1. We’re resolving your issue with attachments
Requisitioners occasionally need to attach a document to a Requisition, and not long after go-live we learned this capability was not working as expected. Since then we have been working hard to resolve this issue.
2. RQC will now be a separate window
Part of the solution we expect to roll out in the next several days means we’ve had to change the way the Infor application works. Specifically, this means how the screens appear to you is going to change slightly.
Today, when you log into Infor and select Requisition Center (RQC) from your Bookmarks:
Your RQC screen looks like this:
When these changes are implemented, you will still select RQC from your Bookmarks, but RQC will now open in its own window:
3. The ability to add attachments will be rolled out in waves
Once the screen changes go into effect, we’ll begin rolling out the attachment capability. You will know you are set up to add attachments to requisitions when you see the new Supporting Documents link on the Basic tab:
Also, if you go to the Requisition Inquiry screen, and see paperclip icons next to the requisition numbers, you have been given the ability to add and view attachments.
If you do not see the paperclip icons, don’t worry, we will be giving you access shortly!
4. Can’t attach yet? Send your attachments to the SCM Help Desk
Simply send an email with the Requisition Number and attachment to the SCM Help Desk at UMMS_Supply_Chain_CST_Serv@umm.edu
5. Watch for a Tip Sheet for Adding and Viewing Attachments
When we start rolling out the attachment capability, we will post a new Tip Sheet to UMMSConnect with step-by-step instructions to help you use this feature.
