Changes Coming to Infor Lawson Login Process

We’re updating the Infor environment with improved security protocols. This means the way you log in to Infor is changing on Monday, February 3.

What’s Changing?

Your Infor password is changing on Monday, February 3.

When you log in on Monday, February 3, you will:

• Use your existing user ID
• Use the one-time use password from the email you received
• Receive a prompt to change the password
• Receive a prompt to update your Security questions

What's NOT Changing?

• You will still use your standard URL
