A: The Infor CloudSuite Implementation is an opportunity to modernize our team member’s Infor experience by transitioning to Infor CloudSuite v11. Infor CloudSuite v11 provides an opportunity to update Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, and Requisitioning processes to enable greater efficiency and easier data access for leaders and team members across UMMS.
Q: What are the benefits of the Infor CloudSuite Implementation?
A: This transformation will improve the Infor experience for all team members, including a more intuitive interface, greater standardization across functional areas, a reduction in manual work, and easier access to pertinent data with intuitive reports and dashboards.
Q: When will Infor CloudSuite v11 go-live?
A: It is anticipated that Infor CloudSuite v11 will go-live in late 2023.
Q: Who is leading the Infor CloudSuite v11 implementation?
A: Leaders and team members from Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and IS&T are involved in the implementation, as well as representation and guidance from each member organization.

Q: What processes are being updated as part of the Infor CloudSuite v11 implementation?
A: The Infor CloudSuite implementation provides an opportunity to ease some of the pain points that have been identified in our current version of Infor. While all team members will experience some changes, much of this transformation will impact our Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Requester populations. Specific details will be shared as we continue finalizing the new platform.
Q: Will there be updates to the Requisitioning process?
A: Yes, the requisitioning process will be updated in an effort to address many of the pain points identified in our current version of Infor. These updates will help to better align our process with industry-leading practices.
Q: Who has been involved in driving process updates?
A: Leaders and team members from Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain, as well as representatives from each member organization and impacted function have been directly involved in updating applicable functional processes based on team member feedback and leading practice.
Q: How will I be prepared for these changes?
A: Impacted team members will receive training to understand the changes and how to maximize the utilization of Infor CloudSuite v11. More information will be shared in the summer of 2023.

Q: Who will be impacted by the Infor CloudSuite v11 implementation?
A: The impacts of the implementation will vary for different team member groups.
- For all Team Members, you will access Infor CloudSuite v11 to view and update your personal information and payroll details.
- For Managers, you will access Infor CloudSuite v11 to view and manage your budget and teams, as well as perform tasks like managing time-off, requesting new roles, and conducting internal movements.
- Requesters and Approvers will utilize Infor CloudSuite v11 to submit, manage, and approve requisitions.
- Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain team members will utilize Infor CloudSuite v11 to perform the tasks they are currently doing in Infor v10, deploying updated processes where applicable.

Communications
Q: How will I be notified of changes resulting from the Infor CloudSuite Implementation?
A: UMMS Stakeholders are engaged using a variety of channels to communicate the upcoming Infor CloudSuite Implementation changes. These methods include direct email communications, posts on UMMSConnect, webinars, office hours, and updates from leaders during department wide meetings. Closer to go-live, team members may even see signage around various locations.
Q: When will I begin to see communications?
A: Leadership and functional teams started receiving updates in January 2023. Requesters will begin seeing communications in their inbox later in Q1 of 2023, while managers and the remaining UMMS team members will receive messaging in spring/summer of 2023.
