Portfolio Epic Clinical Training provides newly hired clinical team members, transferring clinical team members, agency clinical members, traveling clinical team members and other team members with the knowledge needed to successfully navigate and utilize the Portfolio Epic Clinical system.

EPIC SYSTEM ACCESS
Epic system access is not granted or denied by the PTM team. For system access, contact the Helpdesk: helpdesk@umm.edu or 410-328-4357.
Portfolio Epic training is required prior to receiving Portfolio Epic system access. Click here to view the No Training, No Access policy information.
CLASS POLICY AND INFORMATION
Lateness
Prompt arrival is required to avoid class disruption. The training team reserves the right to deny entry to late comers. If access is denied, please contact your department manager, to reschedule for a future class.
Walk-Ins
Due to limited seating and training preparation requirements, class registration and confirmation are required to attend Portfolio Epic Training. Please do not show up for class if confirmation has not been received.
Rescheduling
If team members are unable to attend training, please contact your department manager to reschedule for a future class. Team members must attend and successfully complete the full training before system access is granted.
