What is the COVID-19 Incident Command Tracker Dashboard | Mother of All Tracker Boards (MoATB)?
The MoATB provides a real-time and retrospective review of analytics related to COVID-19. This includes in-house patients flagged as COVID-19 Confirmed, Persons Under Investigation (PUI), or resolved COVID-19 cases. The MoATB comprises of several dashboards which provides information related to trending in admissions, patient volumes, and demographic breakdown. Additionally, the dashboard shows specific and contextual details on bed capacity analytics, bed availability and utilization including data related to ventilators, supplies and medication. The MoATB provides Surge Planning predictive analytics to forecast anticipated bed capacity needs and prospective modeling for potential future patient surges.
How do I obtain access to the MoATB ?
Information contained within the MoATB may contain HIPPA data elements including privileged and confidential material. Access is limited and is granted to individuals deemed appropriate by the Incident Command Leadership. Therefore, requests for access should be assigned to the Data & Analytics team for review and approval by the Incident Command Leadership.
Please submit your request for access through the UMMS Service Desk Portal. In lieu of utilizing the UMMS Service Desk Portal, users may submit a ticket to the help desk team through email or phone. Click here for a list of help desk phone and email contact specific to your facility. Please include your contact information (name and call back number), your role, location and department. Also ensure your ticket is routed to the Epic Reporting team.
How do I access the MoATB?
If you are approved for access click here MoATB. Once you have access you will receive a daily email from Portfolio_Reporting with a snapshot of the MoATB. You can open and view the MoATB by clicking within the email. Once you access the web page save the URL (link) as a favorite/bookmark for quick and easy access later.
