Getting Started
We recommend using Internet Explorer. Please also download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Without the latest version, you may not be able to view proofs or place an order.
Go to http://umms.epmonline.com. You’ll see the screen below:
Click on “Not a registered user? Click here to set up your account.” You’ll be prompted to enter a temporary password. Enter "UMMSbrandstore".
You will then be asked to set up your own username and password that you will use from now on.
Placing Your Order
Click on “Browse Catalog” on the left side of your screen. Apparel will appear.
Enter your Unit of Issue and click on "Customize" under the item. Select your order quantity.
You will then be taken into the order page. Click on “Add new.” Select your item's size and color and then click “Update” at the bottom of your page. It will then create a PDF proof. Make sure everything is correct and click “Click here to view my proof.” If everything is ok, click on “I have viewed and approved my proof” (You are responsible for all spelling/errors).
To complete your order, click "Proceed to Checkout" on the left side of your screen. Follow the prompts and enter the required information. Click "Place This Order Now" to complete the order.
Order Confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the order has been successfully submitted, stating the quantity and description of the item(s) ordered along with an order number for tracking purposes.
If you find any mistakes within the items or the shipping address, please contact either EPM support or your Customer Service Representative (CSR) immediately and we will try and stop them from printing.
