Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs) impact hundreds of patients who seek care in our hospitals, and the prevention of this harm is our top priority. Collaboration with interdisciplinary colleagues will provide an opportunity to standardize and elevate practice by implementing and sustaining proven processes aimed at reducing/preventing HAIs. Engaging and educating all team members, and optimizing IT solutions in this effort, will move our organization forward on the path towards high reliability, and ultimately, to improved outcomes for our patients.
