All ACE Clinical Instructors for CCBC must complete a weekly Clinical Evaluation Tool (CET) for each student in their cohort. A printable copy of the CET is available for download below. CETs must be completed by the end of each clinical day. Please review the CET with your students at the start of each clinical day so they know where they need to improve for that day. The midpoint evaluation is a way for the instructor to get feedback from the student on how they perceive their performance and then the instructor gives their perception/evaluation. The final evaluation is the same as the midpoint evaluation. (NOTE: Students can deliver the blank CET's to the instructors but they cannot take any completed CETs back to the faculty at the school.)
