Employee Health Screening Hotline

The health and safety of our team members continues to be a top priority in our COVID-19 response. To protect our team members and patients, UMMS has made available a System-wide Employee Health Screening Hotline for team members who need to be tested for COVID-19 and would like assistance with scheduling or clinical guidance. Team members who would like to schedule a COVID-19 PCR test directly without speaking with someone should refer to the self-scheduling instructions listed on this page.

The Employee Health Screening Hotline is a resource for UMMS team members only. Friends and family experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should continue to contact their primary health care provider or seek testing at a community testing site.

To help us continue to provide this resource to those team members most in need, please:

• Do not call the hotline to report a positive COVID-19 test result. Instead, you should notify your manager and your local Employee Health Department. To find contact information for your local Employee Health, click here.  
• Do not call the hotline for return-to-work or other guidance following a positive test. Instead, you should review this return-to-work guidance on this page and call your local Employee Health with any questions you may have.
