Developmental Delays
Child development refers to the process when children go through changes in skill development that are predictable, called developmental milestones. Developmental delay occurs when the child has not met these milestones by the expected time period.
Evaluations by pediatric physiatrists and/or rehabilitation therapists offer an individualized treatment plan and services to address the delay(s).
