We use a comprehensive approach to heal wounds faster with a focus on preventing new ones. Patients will undergo a complete assessment to identify the underlying cause of their wound and our care team will develop an individualized treatment plan. Our team can help schedule additional consultations in endocrinology, nutrition, vascular surgery or other specialties, if needed.

Ostomy Care
Our certified wound ostomy continence nurses will work with you before surgery and afterwards with you and your physician to provide treatment recommendations to help patients return to their normal activities. They will help you with the selection of products you’ll need post-surgery, provide information about nutrition and lifestyle changes you may need to make, as well as treatment recommendations for post-surgery issues.
