I use the Simulation Center to run my Cardiac Surgical Unit Advanced Life Support (CSU-ALS) course. The use of video playback as a learning tool to debrief the simulation is fantastic! UMMC's Simulation Center team recorded our training, so we were able to watch our performance in the debrief. We push the debrief aspect of the scenarios because I believe it is the best way to learn from your mistakes.

The Sim Lab is the place to make those mistakes without the potential to harm anyone.
