- Assistance with co-pays and high deductibles for those already insured, including Medicare beneficiaries

Transition to Wellness
After completing the treatment phase of the cancer journey, patients embark on a transition to survivorship and wellness. Many breast cancer patients encounter challenges when their contact with their medical team diminishes. The Transition to Wellness program provides valuable information and guidance.
This workshop provides coping tools and information as patients navigate through post-treatment challenges. To assist in the survivorship journey, patients are encouraged to attend the Transition to Wellness workshop - free of charge - which provides the following:
- Roundtable discussion among breast cancer survivors about the issues they faced in transitioning to wellness and how to overcome those issues.
- Checklist sharing of key health areas and lifestyle changes that can assist in embracing life as a survivor, improving general health and well-being.
- Coping tools and information for end of treatment and beginning of life as a breast cancer survivor.
- Wellness demonstrations showcasing new ways to incorporate lifestyle changes following cancer treatment. Practitioners include nutritionists, fitness and stress management experts and a wide variety of revolving wellness professionals.
