Masking Policy

Our Universal Masking Policy requires every person within a UM Urgent Care center – staff, patients, visitors and vendors – to wear some type of face mask at all times, regardless of where you are in the center.

All visitors must check in upon entering a UM Urgent Care facility. Once it has been confirmed that you are an eligible visitor, you will be given a mask to wear into the facility. If you already have a mask that you are wearing in public spaces, you can continue to wear your own.

Steps to prepare for your visit to UM Urgent Care

  1. Locate your nearest UM Urgent Care Center
  2. Set your arrival time OR walk in; no appointment needed
  3. Receive individualized treatment

Urgent Care or Emergency Department?

When sickness or injury strikes, it might pay to know when to go to UM Urgent Care or an emergency department. Understanding the differences between the two facilities could save you time and money.

If you're experience a non-life threatening emergency, locate a UM Urgent Care center nearest to you and walk-in (no appointments needed). If you or a loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or visit your nearest emergency department.

UM Urgent Care offers more than urgent care services. We also provide flu shots, occupational health needs, preoperative exams and sports injury treatment/physicals.

What to Bring

Here are a few things you'll need to bring to your visit.

  • A valid form of identification
  • Your insurance card (not required if you do not have one)
  • Method of payment (cash, debit or all major credit cards)
  • Completed patient registration form (Spanish)

UM Urgent Care accepts a wide range of insurance plans. If you're unsure if we take your plan, please call us before you arrive and we will verify or happily answer any insurance plan-related questions.

For patients who do not have health insurance, we offer affordable self-pay rates.
