Film Records Request
UM BWMC can provide you with copies of your radiology images. For copies of your films, please click on the link below, fill out the form entirely and bring it to the Film Library located on the lower level of the North Building at UM BWMC.
Film copies of your original X-rays require at least 24-hour notice by calling the number below. You can also drop off your request and they will be available for pick-up the next day. All other requested copies will be saved on a disk.
Prior to any scheduled appointments, please allow 30 minutes for printing the CD. We apologize for any inconvenience.
