Sunshine Award
Thank your extraordinary patient care technician/assistant with the Sunshine Award!
UM BWMC recognizes our extraordinary patient care technicians (PCT) and patient care assistants (PCA) with the Sunshine Award. These honorees exemplify and demonstrate a special commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care, and they are recognized as outstanding role models in patient care. UM BWMC chooses one PCT/PCA each month to receive the Sunshine Award.
Patients, visitors, nurses, physicians or employees may nominate a deserving PCT/PCA by answering the questions in the form below (nominee's name and unit, how they made a difference in your care or the care of another, and your contact info). Completed forms can be submitted in the following ways:
