  • Thursdays from 8am-3:30pm

On-site parking is free.

If you need wheelchair assistance, this can be provided for you at the entrance.

Telehealth

In the current setting of the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual appointments are now available for all neurology services to both new and existing patients. We strongly encourage patients to schedule video and/or phone consults for all non-urgent medical concerns.

Limiting in-person visits will help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Please contact us to find out if telehealth is available for your next visit.

Face-to-Face Appointments

There are limited in-person appointments at this time.  However, if the CCAND provider feels that this is needed, you will be scheduled for a face-to-face appointment.
