The University of Maryland Heart and Vascular Center understands how patients have many questions about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Our experts have put together these COVID-19 heart-related resources to help you navigate in this difficult time.

The UM Heart and Vascular Center team is still seeing patients with urgent or emergent conditions. Although the temporary visitor restrictions in place prevent in-person visits for all non-urgent medical concerns, virtual appointments are now available for heart health services.

We strongly encourage patients to schedule video and/or phone consults for appointments. Limiting in-person visits will help prevent the spread of COVID-19, and ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Learn more about telemedicine services at UMMS.
