Tobacco- and Nicotine-Free Organization

Tobacco and Nicotine Free Organization - UM UCH no longer hires applicants who have nicotine in their system.  This could be due to the use of tobacco products such as cigarettes, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, or due to the use of smoking cessation products.  Such applicants may choose to quit using these products and re-apply for employment at a later date.  Clinical nicotine testing will be a part of the pre-placement physical process and all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing these screenings. Those already employed by UM UCH will not be impacted but must abide by the rules regarding no tobacco use on either of our campuses including parking lots and garages.
