UM Shore Home Care helps patients maintain optimal health and independence in their home setting, which can include a family residence, a group home or a residential care facility.

We provide compassionate, professional and dependable services, including:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Nursing staff is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
