Reyaz Haque, MD, FACC, FSCAI

Reyaz Haque, MD, FACC, FSCAI, joined University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown Campus in 2005, specializing in cardiology and internal medicine. He is currently an interventional cardiologist at the University Maryland Medical Center and Chief of Cardiology at the Midtown campus. He is also the lead physician for Midtown's outpatient cardiology practice and inpatient consultation service.
After attaining his medical degree from the Aga Khan University, Karachi Pakistan in 1989, Dr. Haque attended West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown. There he completed his specialty training in internal medicine (1993), cardiovascular disease (1996) and interventional cardiology (1997). He also served as faculty at the West Virginia University School of Medicine until 2004.
In addition to his roles at UMMC Downtown and Midtown campuses, Dr. Haque is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicine at University of Maryland School of Medicine. He is certified in cardiovascular disease through the American Board of Internal Medicine.
